Please welcome our newest team member! Mr Vishal Patel is here for you when you really need it most. He is an experienced counsellor who can really help you find your way when things are a little tougher than usual.

Mr Vishal Patel is a psychotherapist and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). He is the registered Medicare provider under Better Access Mental Health Scheme. Vishal holds a degree from Australian Catholic University and brings a rich clinical background in narrative therapy, systemic practice, and trauma-informed care.

Since 2015, Vishal has supported individuals and families across a range of settings, including government, non-profit, and private sectors.

Vishal works with children (4 year olds onwards), adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a broad range of mental health and psychosocial concerns. His approach is collaborative, person-centred, and strengths-based, empowering clients to gain clarity, process difficult emotions, and develop tools to support their wellbeing

Vishal brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for the lived experience of every person he works with. His clinical experience spans a broad range of issues including

Our Fees

We offer competitive rates for our services, designed to suit your needs and make it easier to access support.

• Full Fee: $185 for a fifty-minute face to face consultation

• Medicare Rebate: $87.25 for eligible clients with a Mental Health Care Treatment Plan.

• Out-of-Pocket Cost: approximately $98 after the Medicare rebate is applied

• Discounted rates & bulkbilling for eligible clients.
