COVID-19 Update

Due to the worsening COVID-19 situation in Victoria, we are needing patients to co-operate with us by following some basic rules:

• Please inform our staff if you wish to attend our clinic in person and you have cold or flu symptoms; including fever, cough, sore throat and the loss of sense of smell/taste. If you have any of these symptoms, stay at home and request a phone consultation.

• We require all patients to wait in their cars instead of our waiting room. This is to ensure everyone's safety and minimise potential exposure.

• Call us from your car to let us know that you have arrived for your appointment.

• We encourage phone consultations where ever possible.

• If you have a mask, please wear it to your consultation. Surgical masks are now available at your local pharmacy.
